Fencing February - Price Beat Guarantee If you find a competitor's lower price on the same in-stock item, we'll beat it by10%.
Eligibility:
• This promotion is open to all customers who present evidence of an in-stock Our Town Fencing item from a competitor’s physical store within 50km from the Our Town Fencing store.
Verification Process:
• The competitor's quote is not older than 30 days
• The quote must include an itemised list of fencing materials with clear pricing
• The quote needs to include the same items (quality and material)
• Our Town Fencing reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor's quote
• The promotion is valid only for quotes provided by registered fencing businesses with a physical store within 50km from the Our Town Fencing store
Discount Calculation:
• Colorbond will be quoted as panels only (not individual sheets, rails, posts and screws)
Exclusions:
• If Our Town Fencing's total quote price is cheaper than a competitor's quote, no price beat guarantee applies on an item-by-item basis
• Any quotes older than 30 days
• Quotes for installation services or labour
• Delivery is excluded from this offer
• Custom orders or non stocked items
• Non-standard fabrication
• Distributors / Distributor quantities
• Clearance or discontinued items
• Offer does not extend to competitor's special promotions, limited-time offers or discounted deals
Purchasing Requirements:
• The discounted quote must be invoiced and picked up within the promotional period
• Standard terms of sale, including payment and delivery charges, apply to all purchases
Geographical Limitations:
• The competitor’s quote must originate from a physical store located within 50km of the Our Town Fencing store
Right to Refuse: Our Town Fencing reserves the right to refuse to beat quotes that are deemed non-compliant with the terms of this promotion.
Duration: This offer is valid from 10th February to 10th March. No extensions will be granted.
Changes to the Promotion: Our Town Fencing reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
